We have carried out successfully many projects right from procurement of land, clearing the land, dealing with various Government bodies/local bodies etc for obtaining sanctions, converting land from Agricultural to Non-agriculture, submission of letters and documents for obtaining necessary permission/sanction including commencement and completion certificates etc. max work done in Mumbai Metropolitan Region of Maharashtra.

We are also quite familiar with land laws, intricacies involved and right approach to solve complicated problems, making submissions and appeals etc. Currently our area of operation is restricted to Thane, Nashik and Pune Districts. In respect to Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra, the projects are under negotiation stage and likely to materialize shortly.
